But if you’re like most developers and wonder if you’re sufficiently prepared to dive into the application. For starters, there are two ways to get hired as a software engineer by We Developers. or as a software engineer trainee.
All applicants who apply on the platform at any given intake cycle go through a screening test to determine if they are a right fit. There are three initial tests:
Behavioral Test: a personality test to see if they’re the right fit for the talent pool Wedevelopers is looking for.
Phase I Technical Assessment Test: This test requires you to build an app. Turnaround time for this test is 5 business days.
Second phase technical assessment test: applicants who pass the first technical assessment will get an email inviting them to take another technical assessment. It is a mix of quizzes and practice tests, and the turn-around time for this test is 10 business days.
Physical Interview: Applicants who pass the assessment tests are invited to an in-person interview where they are assessed further on alignment with the developer code of conduct.
Applicants who scale through the whole process are accepted and go through an immersive onboarding process. That’s when their awesome journey begins.
